STRATEGIC PLANNING & EXECUTION: EXECUTIVE BUSINESS PLANNING
Strategic planning is the establishment of a structured plan by researching, analyzing and controlling external and internal variables to attain more advantageous results. Organizations must limit inter-departmental fighting and in turn create some form of alignment and coordination. In this workshop we focus on the variable required for strategic planning to be successful. Topics such as identifying barriers, clarifying actions required, and remedy development. In any business initiatives, your success or failure will hinge entirely on the effectiveness and strength of your departmental/corporate vision and your strategic plan.
