TRAINING FAQ’S

Once you have paid for a workshop, you will receive an email which contains all of the information that you need for your training workshop (training location, date and time). The email will also include any uniqu or additional instructions if required. If you require any information on your registration and confirmation please also reach us at 416-706-4230. We will reply within 3-5 hours

All participants must pay for registration and confirmation into any workshop prior to attending the workshop. As we receive your registration and it is confirmed in our computer system, assuming seat availability, you will be sent an email confirmation noting all specifics about the training workshop.

Permitting availability, you can register up to the day before a workshop. You will NOT be allowed to enter a training workshop unless you have purchased a seat online. There are no exceptions to this. DO NOT go to a workshop without receiving a confirmation email confirming your seat and payment. Payments are NOT accepted at workshop locations on the day of training (unless you request this of us in writing via email and we approve).

As noted on our payment page, we accept VISA, MasterCard and Paypal. A receipt will be provided to you once the payment has been processed and approved. Our HST or applicable province tax number will be noted on the registration page. All applicable taxes required province by province in Canada will be charged accordingly.

If you have already paid and have been officially registered to attend a workshop, yet you now can’t make it, you must notify of this by email 10 business days prior to the workshops date to be eligible for a workshop transfer date or transfer, or for a complete refund. We ask that you try to find a replacement for yourself if you are able.
;If you opted to go to the next available workshop for the workshop topic you selected, or you have opted to transfer to another workshop altogether, you must use these options within one year of the cancelled session date. We do allow any form of transfer to be applied to a co-worker in the same organization free of charge, but again within one year of the cancelled session date.
For any cancellation request or for any form of transfer request received less than 10 business days, or if you simply do not attend the workshop without notifying us in writing, you will not receive a refund or any form of transfer will be issued. If you do wish to cancel, please review our cancellation policy extended version below, and email our head office at skillstrainingtoronto@gmail.com.

We take our training passionately, we believe highly in what we create and what we facilitate. We fully guarantee the content and quality of any workshop. So, if at the second break-time, provided by the facilitator, you are not completely satisfied with this course, we will refund your money in full. No questions asked.

We do not provide any refunds whatsoever once the training has completed, the evaluation forms are filled out, and the participants have left the training at the end of the day.
